About Us

‘Caribbean Women’s Power Lunch’ is a global network curated to empower, educate, connect and celebrate women of color; highlighting women of the Caribbean Diaspora.

CWPL Global was established in 2018 and has utilized its platform to host 11 international events to date. The events encompass exquisite food and empowering conversations of struggles and triumphs. It is a welcoming environment to form relationships with other like minded women while creating new narratives and opportunities.

CWPL Global promotes the transference of success and power. “Success Begets Success”, is a belief that drives our network. Our focus is to create a learning community amongst women and build social capital.
